We are happy to inform you that we successfully advised HAP Industrie Invest on entering into a partnership with the Austrian Bartenbach Group, resulting in a takeover of three companies of the Group.

THE PARTNERS

Operating behind HAP Industrie Invest GmbH is Harald Parapatits, an SME investor specializing in successions and always seeking exciting opportunities in various industries. He represents an ideal shareholder to drive both future organic and inorganic growth.

Based in Vorarlberg, Austria and owned by entrepreneur Rene Bartenbach, the Group specializes in road marking and painting services. While Rene Bartenbach will stay on as CEO, he was looking for a succession solution as he gradually steps out of the business. The three companies, Bartenbach Straßenmarkierung & Malerei, Simark Sicherheits- und Bodenmarkierung (Lower Austria) and Auer & Koessler Bodenmarkierungen (Vienna), employ ca. 80 people and achieved a total turnover of EUR 8m 2018.
