We are happy to inform you that we successfully advised Austrotherm on the acquisition of a Romanian XPS manufacturer, operating under the brand Zentyss.

THE PARTNERS

The XPS manufacturer under the brand “Zentyss” is one of the top three producers of XPS insulation materials in Romania and currently employs 106 people.

Austrotherm is an Austrian-family-owned leader in thermal insulation materials with around €517 million in revenue for 2021 and approximately 1,200 employees.

With this acquisition, Austrotherm further expands its existing EPS and XPS production in Romania and strengthens its leading position in the sector.
